THREE EXPECTATIONS OF OUR PEOPLE
We want people to come to St. Andrews, but what we're really passionate about is seeing people grow up at St. Andrews. Our mission statement says that we will "Love God. Love People. Push Back Darkness." That mission statement finds expression in the three commitments we ask our members to make. We expect our members to do these three things because we know that when they do, they will grow up in their relationship with Christ and make a difference for him in this world. The following are the three commitments that we ask every member to make.
1. Worship weekly. Our love for God grows when we worship, and we expect our members will participate in weekly worship.
2. Get in a group. Personal and spiritual growth happen when people get together regularly to learn and pray and share their lives together. We expect our members to find a group and become involved.
3. Find and do your personal mission. We are saved to do good works in the name of Jesus, and we expect our members to find their personal mission and do it.
