Why do we do what we do?
Studies show that most people make a faith commitment between the ages of four and fourteen. With so many activities competing for your child's time, we take very seriously our windows of opportunity to help your child learn about God and begin their journey as young disciples. Knowing that we have only a few precious years to set a spiritual foundation for your child, we want to make every moment count!
The discipleship journey for children begins in our professionally staffed nursery, then moves through Children's Worship, The Current - our midweek program and Vacation Bible School for children age four through fifth grade. An important step on the journey is our six-week Worship and Sacrament Class, where children learn about the meaning of baptism and The Lord's Supper, as well as why we do things the way we do in worship.
