Guest Connection Ministry
Guest Connection Ministry is where great relationships begin. We believe that our first time Guests are gifts from God and we are passionate about caring for all our guests and helping them to become part of the St. Andrews family. The ministry is about building bridges within the congregation to connect others to purposeful ministry and mission to the glory of God. It is a ministry about caring for others as we wish others to care for us. Ultimately it is about building authentic Christian relationships that encourage discipleship by sharing Biblical hospitality.
We know we have only a few moments to make a good first impression, so everything a guest is likely to encounter when they arrive at St. Andrews has been thought through very carefully. We greet you before you even walk through the door and then we greet you again. Fresh coffee, lemonade and tempting pastries are offered at the Soul Cafe. Clear signs direct you to the restrooms. Ushers are ready to provide you with a worship program and direct you to a seat. A volunteer at the Welcome Center will help answer any questions you might have before or after worship. We even have gifts for you: A gift bag with popcorn, a Welcome DVD and other information about the church, plus your choice of two books: The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren or The Reason for God by Timothy Keller.
Ministry leader: Suzanne Plemmons.
